REVOCATION POLICY

Don't like your products? No problem! You can return them to us!

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, so please consider your order carefully.

Important Additional Information:

All items must be returned to us in a secure manner! Unfortunately, we have received poorly packaged returns that arrived damaged. In such cases, depending on the condition of the products, we may only issue a partial refund or send the goods back to the sender.

The following cancellation policy applies to consumers and is part of the contract:

1. Right of Revocation

   You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us (OLIRYAH Store, Post Office 647, Reinmuthstraße 28, 76187 Karlsruhe, Germany) a clear statement (e.g., letter, email, withdrawal form) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

2. Cancellation Period

   The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the goods.

3. Consequences of Revocation

   If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of revocation. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed; in no case will you incur any fees for this repayment. You must return the goods to us immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires.

4. Right of Retention

   We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of returning the goods, whichever is earlier.

5. Return of Goods

   You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires.

6. Return Costs

   You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

7. Loss of Value for Contracts for the Delivery of Goods

   You are liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

8. Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Revocation

   The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual selection or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. Promotional products are also excluded from the right of withdrawal as they are only available for a short period and are specially made and tailored.
